Well, awesome…

One b/p tonight. I was striving for a “normal eating day” and try to eat like other, non messed up people, and failed. Oh, well. Tomorrow’s another day. Going back to restricting and hitting up the gym like crazy. I haven’t trained for two days, it’s actually so crazy. My thoughts are all over the place right now; I barely understand what I’m saying.

But let’s see… calorie limit for tomorrow? I don’t know yet, I’ll see in the morning. The easiest way for me is to set a higher limit like 800 and then I’ll try to stay under and end up eating like 400 or something. Ah, I don’t know if I can go back to eating like that after all of the b/p in the past while!

I’ll update in the morning. Uhoh, maybe bikini shopping tomorrow…
